Now Hiring – Development and Communications Manager

Job Summary: The Sobering Center is seeking a creative and well-organized fundraiser with strong communication and technology skills. In this position, the individual has a primary responsibility for all fundraising, communications, and community engagement activities. As a Development and Communications Manager, you will coordinate all fundraising initiatives, including tracking and reporting progress, while also working to cultivate and engage new donors. This individual will participate in grant writing, fulfillment, and reporting. They will also lead public relations and marketing efforts to increase knowledge and awareness of the Sobering Center, its mission, and impact through digital engagement and by developing key relationships in the community. Community engagement includes attending stakeholder meetings and outreach efforts for 6th street and other special events. The Development and Communications Manager will be a key participant in all internal and external projects and events in an effort to promote and communicate the work of the Sobering Center to the community.

    Now Hiring – Paramedic Lead

    Job Summary: The Paramedic will ensure that all incoming clients are stable and able to remain at The Sobering Center. This position may also be tasked with other duties as assigned by the Executive Director.

      Now Hiring – Behavioral Health Technician

      Job Summary: The Behavioral Health Technician (BHT) will provide sobering support services and assistance to clients in the facility. The position requires the BHT staff to participate in client care during the clients stay and continuum of care post discharge.

        Now Hiring – PRN SBIRT Counselor

        Job Summary: SBIRT refers to Screening, Recovery Brief Intervention, and Referral to Treatment. It is an evidenced-based practice used to identify, reduce & prevent problematic alcohol & drug use.

          Now Hiring – Sobering Support Specialist, PRN

          Job Summary: The Sobering Support Specialist (SSS) will provide sobering support services and assistance to clients in the facility.  The position requires the SSS staff to participate in client care during the clients stay and continuum of care post discharge.

          PRN: This position is PRN with requirement of working a minimum of two 8 hour shifts per month.  Flexibility to cover all shifts including overnights and weekends is essential.
