2. General Citizen/Public Communication.
Citizens wishing to speak on agenda items will need to sign up before the meeting is called to order. Citizen communication on agenda related action items will be allowed after an item’s presentation has been made. Each speaker will be given a designated amount of time to speak set by the board chair. Non-agenda related citizen communication will take place before discussion of the first agenda item.
3. Approval of minutes for March 11, 2020 and March 23, 2020 board meeting.
4. Presentation from Mission Capital on Executive Director search.
5. Discussion and possible action regarding Austin Recovery Network’s proposal to provide management services to the Sobering Center.
6. Discussion and possible action on Executive Director search.
7. Presentation and approval of Treasurer’s Report.
8. Discussion and possible action to approve FY2021 budget and 5-year projection.
9. Discussion and possible action to approve the 2nd amendment to the Interlocal Agreement between the City of Austin and Travis County regarding approval of budgets.
